Since 2012, at the end of the spring semester, the Griswold Center for Economic Policy Studies (GCEPS) has organized and funded an annual Senior Thesis Research Forum to showcase solid undergraduate research in the area of economic policy. Since 2022 the Department of Economics awards these participating seniors the Griswold Center for Economic Policy Studies Senior Thesis Prize to the five best policy-relevant theses. This research forum is now conducted virtually, allowing the awarded seniors to present their work to faculty, fellow students, and beyond.
